In the industry, modeling and simulation play a crucial role in the selection of the best control strategy and the description of the system. The modeling, controlling, and monitoring of the water level and flow rate are the main goals of this research. The flow rate equation and the flow rate vs. rpm graph, which were measured for various flow rates, were used to create the mathematical model. The optimal working point is provided by the static analysis. Additionally, the dynamic analysis provides a summary of the system's real behaviour. procedures that involve the use of a motor and pipe in conjunction with the flow of water into the tank and a water level sensor that continuously measures the depth needed to fill the tank to the proper level.
The system automatically adjusts the flow rate after the initial input to maintain power efficiency. The real model is used to test the mentioned techniques. The model uses the derived mathematical formulae and executed the process. The results have demonstrated that the suggested mathematical model is reliable and suitable for use in controlling the flow rate as it executed the process by filling the water tank to a precise required level. Also, the system is able to comprehend the required amount of water flow rate with the change in the water level of the tank and works with power efficiency.
